SPRING Into SPRING Workout

Gone are the wintry days when you could camoflauge your pasta bloat with an oversized, flannel onesie. Warm weather begs you to shed those layers. But first, shed some layers of fat with this plyometric (a.k.a. jump-training) workout, led by FitStudio’s own Steve Pfiester.

25 Surfers on Box

Love plyometrics!
Coincidentally, I have a post scheduled to run tomorrow about plyometrics and have used nearly the same title (guess it was a bit obvious!). When I saw your post, I was unsure as to whether to run mine or not, but I decided to go ahead and I’ll send readers your way for an extra plyo workout!
Great minds think alike!! Once it’s LIVE, post the link here too!!
Happy to share!!
Thanks Bonnie!
Back to link up my plyometrics post. Enjoy!

Happy Friday!
Tamara
This is easily my new fave workout Bonnie! I’m SO much better at Surfers & Double Unders aren’t as daunting as in the past
Although Steve is Mr. Pro at them :- That’s a perfect Begin-the-Week workout & End-The-Week-Workout…. Now I’m trying to find a way to make a rotation on my iPad and my Galaxy Nexus phone, so I can keep them all in a loop! Happy Friday Girlie! Keep em coming!
