Tis the Season to be Jolly, Fa-La-La-La-La La-La La La! (and to be a little silly too!).
Steve and I LOVE creating fun and effective workouts for our clients. Whether you are a certified trainer looking for something fun for your clients or you just like a fun fitness challenge, here is a Christmas workout sure to make sweating a little more fun. BUT, it’s required you MUST SING ALONG! So gather your kids around and have them sing along while you follow along.

Get In The Singing Spirit
Before you get started on the song (and workout), here’s a little 12 Days of Christmas fun to get you in the singing (and laughing) spirit! Seriously, it’s SO worth watching – and they are winded only doing “ONE REP” of each “exercise”. lol
The Sing-along Workout
Everybody sing (and complete the exercises below)… Set your timer and try to get through it as fast as you can. Share you times below! I’d love to know how you did! The faster they sing, the harder it will be to keep up! But the funnier (and better) it will be!
On the 1st day of Christmas, my true love gave to me,
A Turkish Get Uuuup.
On the 2nd day of Christmas, my true love gave to me,
2 mountain climbers and a turkish get up.

3 push ups, 2 mountain climbers and a turkish get up.

5 BURPEEEEEES
