1. I find your & Steve’s fitness success an inspiration. Your gym owners, but not just interested in selling memberships….you want to change peoples’ lives. You’re basically living the career I would love to have!
2. I enjoy tips on fitness. I’m always wondering what the newest information is…should I do cardio before or after strength training. what’s a good balance between strength & cardio to get a nice, defined look without bulking out too much (for a female).
3. Favorite topic? it would be a toss up between learning more about exercise trends & new, improved ways to follow a lean diet.
4. we live in a small town so our only option is to workout at a local YMCA; while there are “gyms” about 30 min away, it’s hard enough fitting in an hour long workout 5-6 days a week.
5. just the inspiration you give my husband & I. We seriously talk about you like we go waaaay back. we’ll discuss your blogs & other posts over dinner or while at the gym. having that as a discussion topic really helps us stay focused & on target.
