Stop Eating These ‘Healthy’ Foods If You Want Results

⚠️ WARNING: OFFENSIVE POST ⚠️ No dieter wants to hear that they actually may be sabotaging their diet with their new ‘healthy’ foods – but if you want results, you need to keep reading.
The average American consumes ☠️ 6 CUPS OF SUGAR EACH WEEK – yes, even DIETERS!
You don’t have a sweet tooth to get a lot of sugar in your diet. In fact, even if you lean toward the salty-savory side, you may be consuming just as much sugar as your ice-cream loving friends. Don’t believe it? Then keep reading!
Sugar is hidden in EVERYTHING – not just in donuts and ice cream!! And, surprisingly, common ‘diet foods’ are the WORST! Honestly, it should be ILLEGAL to market a food product as ‘healthy’ when it is contributing to people’s weight gain or, at the least, sabotaging progress.
Here are just a few common ‘healthy foods’ that sabotage dieters.

Fat-Free & Low Fat Foods
FACT: When a company puts out a low-fat or 💯 fat-free option, they often add MORE SUGAR to make up for the lost flavor that came from fats.
For example, if you buy a “healthy” fat free yogurt or low-fat salad dressing, you are likely consuming MORE sugar (and sometimes just as many calories) than when you were eating the real fully leaded stuff. So, it’s actually better to just have less of the real stuff than a lot of the ‘healthy’ substitute.
TIP: Instead of flavored low-fat yogurts, get plain yogurt and add fresh fruit to it. Instead of getting low-fat salad dressing, make your own so you have more control over what you are putting into your body.
Shakes & Smoothies

Another way health-conscience people are getting more sugar is by consuming more juices, smoothies and shakes.
If you go to your favorite smoothie shop, chances are, you are drinking LOADS of sugar, falsely packaged as a “healthy” fast food alternative but the fake fruit syrups, orange juice, apple juice, supplements and healthy sugar alternatives like honey and nectors are loaded with sugar and calories – completely sabotaging your health and weight loss goals
Supplements
Supplements aren’t much better. Oh my goodness! Gummy vitamins, protein powders, energy drinks, protein bars, snack bars, greens drinks, ready to drink shakes, etc. SO many of these so-called healthy supplements have sugar and loads of calories in them to make them taste better.
These big brands are counting on you to trust them and gobble up their ‘healthy’ products. But, just because it says “high-protein” or “healthy” doesn’t mean it’s going to help you reach your goals. It just makes people feel better about the food their buying. Much of what is on the shelves at your health food stores is junk. It’s might be slightly healthier junk – but most of the time, it’s still junk.
Pantry Foods
Lastly, there are TONS of sugar in things you would NEVER dream should even have sugar in them. Soup, spaghetti sauce, condiments, bread, crackers, wraps, granola, cereal, instant oatmeal and countless other items that come from the ‘center aisles” at the grocery store.

Even healthy frozen dinners add sugar to make their meals taste better. And it doesn’t stop there.
Fast food restaurants event put sugar in their 🍟 salty french fries or “healthier” sides, like green beans, to make them taste better.
Basically, what we don’t know is KILLING us – and definitely killing your progress if you are trying to lose weight.
If you REALLY want to make progress, pay attention to labels and stick to eating mostly whole foods. God don’t make no junk!
