We have seasons of struggle and seasons of victory. If you coming out of a season of struggle or are looking for a fresh start, just know you are not alone. We all go through those times when we need motivation, inspiration and direction. Sometimes we need help focusing on the right things until the right things become daily healthy habits.

My hope for this blog series is to inspire you to stick to your goals and help give you a desire to make lasting changes that lead to a more fulfilling and healthy life.

Before you read on, I want you to know I only share what I need help myself. I too need encouragement. I too need accountability. I need to do all I can to stay on track and prioritize my life and day. I may be in the fitness industry, but that doesn’t mean I like working out or struggle any less than anyone else.

I’m human. I love food, I love to sleep in and I love plopping down on the couch and doing as little as possible. With that said, I love feeling good way more so I have to be very purposeful with my mindset and my actions, including my own daily devotion and workout routine.
