Hey! So thankful for y’all and what you do, but mostly for the devotionals that you provide. I, too, am a Christian and a personal trainer. However, since starting a full time, desk job and turning 50 a couple off years ago, I have lost some muscle. Finding time to workout myself has been difficult, but I seem to have found a good time lately.
I was looking into your live exercise program and was wondering a couple of things. When selecting fitness level and equipment to use, free weights isn’t an option, which seems to affect the recommended workouts. Any suggestions?
Also, do you automatically start billing me after the 30 days, our will my access be stopped and given an option to sign up?
Thank you for all you do and your positive influence. Keep it up!!

I would just scope out the individual workouts you want to try (instead of programs). there is bodyweight exercises, band exercises, kickboxing, cardio, treadmill workouts, yoga, pilates and all kinds of stuff. The more you can try, the better. 🙂 As for the billing stuff, I’m just the trainer. lol I don’t know the office details, but they are normally great about responding to questions! Thanks for your kind words. means so much!
