Either way, you will DEFINITELY feel this in your bottom!! AND, if you do it 1-2 weeks, you will surely see (and feel) a difference too!

10 Cursties (Left Leg)
10 Knee Repeaters (Left Leg)
10 Stomps (Left Leg)
