Eat a healthy breakfast everyday. When you eat breakfast, you are less likely to feel the need to snack during the day. Your body’s metabolism will kick in much faster and you will end up burning more calories throughout your day. It is easier to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight if you eat breakfast.

Thanks for the breakfast ideas. Life is so busy that I have to skip breakfast sometimes. Atleast on weekends I can try this. 🙂

if it were me, I’d NEVER eat breakfast – BUT I do so much better (look and feel better) when I make time to eat. Steve taught me that 18 years ago 🙂

Sorry-I just cannot believe that ANYTHING from “Jimmy Dean” can be good for us in any way shape or form–unless we want the look of a fat NFL center or a defensive tackle. LOL. Dennis.

Haha! Denny, I hear ya! I always think fattening sausage and bacon when I think of Jimmy Dean stuff. Actually, it is very good – the bowl is just egg, a little potato, a little cheese and turkey sausage. It’s perfect for rush mornings and it is really filling for only 230 calories. I was surprised. Of course, I always try to eat whole foods and try to not rely on frozen pre-packaged but boy is it good in a pinch!
