Fitness Motivation: How Bad Do You Want It?

Most of us do not like pain. Most people would prefer not to work if they could afford to. We are impatient, we are lazy, we are spoiled and we want all the reward even if we don’t put in all the work.

Sure, there are plenty of us that still show up whether we want to train hard or not. We eat food we are sick of at times because we know it’s what our body needs. There are many people who have all the odds against them but are moving one step closer to their goal despite it all. However, for the rest of the world, they just don’t want it quite bad enough….yet.

If you are depressed about your weight, discouraged about your progress or stuck in a rut, let this video motivate you to make a decision today that you don’t just want “this” (whatever your “this” is), but you want it so bad you WILL do whatever it takes to get it.

This is not about greed. It’s not about money. It’s not about vanity. It’s about learning how to work for the things that are important to you, TRULY important to you – your spouse, your family, your job, your health, your purpose in life. And it’s about not just wanting any of it to be better – we all want some things to be better. It’s about fighting for it and working on it until it GETS better and you BECOME THE BEST your can possibly be.
