RIght Arm:
1- Arm Squat Press (also called a Thruster)
1- Arm Burpee
1- Arm Bent Over Row
1- Arm Lateral Raise
1- Arm Bicep Curl
1- Arm Tricep Kickback
ABS
10 Weighted Crunches
10 Sit Ups

10 Diagonal Knees
ARMS
Left Arm:
