There are a lot more exercises to work your abs than just crunches. Unfortunately, many people can’t think of more than 3 or 4 abdominal exercises, so they get tired of the few they know pretty quick.

    Do we have to do all these exercise at once. means can we divide into 5 sets ?

      Oh no! Not at all. They are just a list of exercises to choose from. You can do non-weighted abs every day as much as you want, but weighted abs should get a day of rest just like any other weight lifting workout.
