If you have dieted (or “eaten clean”) for any length of time, you know how easy it is to get tired of your own cooking. We all tend to stick to the same set of meals and go-to snacks just out of ease and habit. Sometimes we just need a fresh idea to spice up our boring healthy life! What if I could give you 10 recipes in exchange one?
I’m on a quest to collect recipes from my readers so I can in turn, give you more recipes to choose from. Since this is my first time doing this, I’m going to leave the cuisine style and meal type wide open. This means this recipe collection has no limits or guidelines when it comes to whether it’s a breakfast, lunch, snack, dessert or dinner. Recipes don’t have to be fancy at all either! Some of our favorite recipes are only 3 or 4 ingredients! They might not even be a recipe, but more of a meal plan, listing ingredients for a perfect meal. The only thing I ask is that you submit healthy, low-calorie meals. If you don’t know the calories, protein, fat and carbs, that’s OK. I can do the homework on that!
